At RideLink, we strive to ensure that all your travel documents, itineraries, and bookings are delivered to you efficiently and securely. Below is an outline of our shipping and delivery policy for all the products and services you book with us.

1. Delivery of Travel Documents

Digital Delivery: Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all your booking details (e.g., tours, etc.). This will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

Itineraries and Vouchers: Itineraries and vouchers for tours, activities, and other travel services will also be delivered to your email. You can download and print these documents or save them on your mobile device for easy access during your trip.

Physical Delivery:

Delivery Method: If your booking includes physical items (e.g., travel documents, tickets, physical itineraries, or travel packages), we will ship them to the address you provided during booking.

Shipping Timeframe: Orders for physical documents will typically be shipped within 15 business days of receiving your payment and confirmation. Shipping time varies based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Providers: We use reliable third-party shipping providers (e.g., postal services, courier services) for the delivery of physical documents. You can track shipment from third party services used, once it is dispatched.

International Shipments: So far no Internation Shipments.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: For physical documents shipped within the country, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Express Delivery: We offer expedited shipping options for customers who need travel documents quickly. Expedited shipping will usually take 3 business days for domestic deliveries. Please note that expedited shipping may incur additional charges.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for physical documents are calculated during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method, your location, and the weight of the package.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on certain bookings or during promotional periods. Details of any free shipping offers will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer?s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate address changes before shipping, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the package has been dispatched.

5. Delays and Issues with Delivery
Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs issues may result in delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee compensation for lost or damaged items.
Tracking Information: For physical deliveries, you can track shipment from third party services used. Please use this number to track your shipment?s progress through the shipping provider?s website.
6. No-Show and Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery or are unavailable to accept the package, the shipping provider may leave a delivery notice or attempt to redeliver the package at a later date. If the package is not retrieved within the specified time, it may be returned to us.
In the event of a missed delivery, please contact the shipping provider directly to arrange for redelivery or pickup.
